Two-hour windows
Choose 8 to 10am, 10am to 12pm, 1 to 3pm, 3 to 5pm. Each window only shows when a truck is free, so the time you book is the time we come.
Rush delivery
Within 12 km: order before 3pm, Monday to Saturday, and if a truck is free we’ll deliver within 3 hours for an extra $50. The option appears at checkout when it’s available.
One material per load
We never mix materials, so each arrives clean and is tipped in its own pile. Delivery is the same price per m³ however much you order. For very large jobs, call us.
Before we arrive
- Make sure the spot is clear, firm and wide enough for a truck. Allow 3 metres width and 4 metres height.
- We tip as close as is safe to where you ask. We can’t tip on soft ground, steep slopes or anywhere that risks damage.
- You don’t need to be home. Put access notes and where to tip in your delivery instructions.
- Wet weather can make sites unsafe. If we need to move your delivery, we’ll call you first.
