How we handle your information, under the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and delivery instructions, and the details of your order. We don’t see or store your card details: payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
To deliver your order, contact you about it, send your confirmation and receipt, and keep accounting records. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order emails), our website and database hosts, and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics, no personal details). Some of these store data outside New Zealand, with comparable protections.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, as required for tax. Enquiries are kept for as long as they’re useful.

Cookies
The site stores your cart in your browser so it’s there when you come back. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits.
